Deep fried cheese curds are the magical marriage of a gooey center and a satisfyingly crispy exterior as melted nuggets of cheese are tantalizingly concealed within a melt-in-your-mouth beer battered coating. They are a delicacy in my home state of Wisconsin and, in my opinion, our greatest contribution to American society.
